All fabrics we use are carefully selected for Vinyl dolls. Before processing we soak all fabrics and wash them without any chemical additives. Following this, we leave them on an original vinyl sample of Smart Doll for a month to test them for staining. However, we can never rule out that our fabrics cause stains on your doll, as the staining process depends on many factors and sometimes takes years. Decisive factors may be room humidity and temperature.

Orders are regularly shipped within 2 to 4 days after the order is completed.

Moyashi Doll clothes are primarily handmade by Wiwi in Germany, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and uniqueness. To make doll clothing more accessible to a wider audience, some pieces are now being manufactured by equally skilled dressmakers from reputable companies in China. These items will always be clearly disclosed as such to maintain transparency.

The fabrics we use at Moyashi Doll usually come from my local fabric store in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Sometimes I aquire fabrics while travelling Japan, which depends on the project.
